We ship all over the world.
What is the shipping cost?
Our standard domestic shipping flatrate for Germany is €3,50 or €5 depending on the size/weight of the item. A tracking number will be provided upon shipping.
International shipping cost depends on the weight of the order and destination, starting at 4,80€. A tracking number is included.
Do you offer in-store pick up?
Yes, we do! If you're in Erfurt and would like to pick up your online order from our shop, just select 'Store Pick Up' as shipping option during check out.
Your order will usually be ready within 24hrs for pick up at our shop located at Schlösserstraße 20 in Erfurt. Please check our info for brink for opening hours.
When can I expect my order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been received. Orders are processed 2 days a week (Tuesday and Friday, unless there's holidays). We ship via Deutsche Post / DHL envelopes and small packages.
Below are the estimated delivery times to your destination:
Europe 7-10 business days
Everywhere else 2-4 weeks

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. While your package is in Germany, you can track it via https://www.deutschepost.de/sendung/simpleQuery.html
Once your package reached its destination country, you can track it via your local postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post etc).
How are the items packaged?
Our small items are being mailed in bubble mailers. For larger items we reuse boxes and packing materials to cut down on waste. This means that our items might not be wrapped in the most beautiful paper. We encourage you to reuse packaging materials as well, whenever possible.
What if my package got lost?
Unfortunately packages can get lost sometimes. As the delivery of items is out of our hands after packages are dropped at the Post Office, we can’t take responsibility for packages that have been lost in transit, stolen or mis-delivered. If you feel like your package has been lost or is taking unusually long to be delivered, please contact us with your order number and we will work with you to find a solution.
If your item has been returned to us, we will refund your order or reship.
If there was an error due to the adress you provided (wrong or incomplete adress), you will have to cover the shipping cost.
What if my package arrived but a product is missing or damaged?
Please email us at BRKHouseNYC@gmail.com and send us a picture of the damaged items and we'll try to find a solution together.
What is your return policy?
We don't currently accept returns. If, however, your item is damaged upon arrival, please snap a photo of the damages and email it to us at BRKHouseNYC@gmail.com. We will gladly send you a new item (if its still in stock), or replace it with a similar item.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
